Iman Nadyne’s Aqiqah

November 4th, 2008

It is reminiscing for me to shoot a baby again. It brings my memory back to lil Mia when she was few months old. Iman is only 3 months old, exactly the right age when a baby starts to smile towards camera. It was a sunny Sunday and everything went smooth with attendance of the family nears and dears.

- Iman, getting ready ..

- she’ll surely get everybody’s attention

- calmly slept in her crib

- Iman’s proud parents

* anyone out there with a baby to shoot ??!

Hani Mahirah + Emil

October 20th, 2008

The event took place in Taiping, Perak. Emil is an Iranian who currently resides in London and so does Yah. They got to know each other thru Yah’s sis who happened to be Emil classmate during one of their study group session. They decided to tie their engagement knot at Taiping to give way for Yah’s local relatives to get to know Emil better as their wedding will soon be held in London.

The ceremony was filled with joy and laughter as the spoke person for Emil’s family, Taiping’s Cikgu Bakar did his best by conversing in BM and English as to make sure Emil’s and family too understood our local engagement rituals. Best wishes to both of them.

By the way, Yah is Mia’s auntie.
